How to use the logo

The hallmarklogo of the Hallmark Eindhoven Design Foundation can be used on products, labels, packaging and manuals of certified designs or products. On packaging and manuals we recommend to ad the following text: ‘This product is certified by the Hallmark Eindhoven Design Foundation. We would like you to use version #1 of the logo. In this version the webadress is incorporated. If not possible version #2 may be used. We would like you to use the positive version (POS) in colour (PMS485). If impossible the black version (BLACK) or the diapositive (DIAP) version may be used. It is also allowed to use the hallmarklogo embossed.

The certificate-owner has on top of that the right to use the logo on promotional tools like advertising or your own website. The name of the certified design has to be stated and if possible there should be a hyperlink to the site of the Foundation www.eindhovendesign.com The certificate-owner has the right tot download the various logo’s in PDF.

The logo is shielded against fraud by the Algemeen octrooi- en merkenbureau. Unauthorised use of the logo will be prosecuted.
